Pat Byrne

Pat was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2017.

His qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Deakin University, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Journalism and Public Relations, also from Deakin University.

He worked as a journalist, mainly in newspapers, for many years before joining Ben von Einem & Associates in 2015 and commencing his legal career.

Based in Geelong, Pat also appears regularly at other Courts including Colac, Werribee, Warnambool and Ballarat Magistrates’ Court. He also has capacity to meet with clients in Torquay.

Pat’s down to earth approach ensures he builds trust and rapport with every client. He is renowned for his friendly demeanor and ensuring he is always available to his clients. He guarantees honest advice throughout your matter and will achieve successful results in a timely manner.

He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Geelong Law Association.

Outside of work Pat is a keen surfer and spends most of his time in the water or at the beach with his family.
